Race Description: Emerson Park’s picturesque Island Park is the perfect setting for this challenging, fun and community-oriented event! The OwascoMan Sprint Triathlon welcomes all levels of triathletes. Register now, this event is limited to 600 participants.

Our 1000 yard point to point course starts out from the Swim Area of Emerson Park, sweeps out and around the historic Owasco River entrance, and finishes at the transition area on the shore of Deuville Island. The weedless course provides a non-congested swim with a wave start, male and female. Participants must be 15 years of age as of 12/31/2012.

Race Packet Pick-up Options: Friday, June 29, 2012 from 4-7 PM at (location to be determined). Race Day Packet Pick-up area opens at 6:00AM and closes at 7:00 AM. Please allow enough time to walk from your car to the Packet Pick-up Area. Race participants are responsible for picking up their own Race Packets—No exceptions please. Picture ID and USAT card required at Packet Pick-up!

Awards: Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers. Age Group Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each category. You must be present to receive your awards. Awards cannot be sent to you – sorry. Goodie Bags will be given to all participants and include T-shirt, latex swim caps and other items from our sponsors.

Refund Policy:
Due to the charitable nature of the event, we are unable to offer cash refunds. Athletes withdrawing for medical reasons shall provide written documentation before June 28, 2012 in order to apply this year's race fee to next year's event. If you must withdraw due to any other reason your entry fee will be considered a donation. We will provide you with a Donation Verification Letter if we receive your request in writing prior to June 30, 2012.

Please note that this is a USAT Sanctioned Event and registrations are not transferable.
