No Race Day Registration:
Parent/Guardian Picture ID and Youth USAT Membership Card required at Packet Pick-up on Race Day

If event is not sold out, registrations will be accepted on Friday, June 29th from 4:00-7:00PM at an offsite location TBD.

Race Description: The OwascoMan now has a Mini! A youth triathlon for ages 8 to 14 on Saturday June 30, 2012. The race starts at 9:30 am, immediately following the OwascoMan Sprint Tri (adults).

Emerson Park, at the north end of beautiful Owasco Lake, is a great venue and the Mini’Wasco is a great race to introduce your child to the sport of triathlon! The course is safe, contained within the park on Deauville Island, and spectator friendly!

How the Mini’Wasco Youth Triathlon works:
Racers swim out to the appropriate buoy, turn around and swim back to shore. Next they run to transition to climb onto bikes and ride the course. Racers ride back to transition to drop off bikes and then run the course, all within the confines and safety of the park. Participation is limited to a total of 48 entrants.

Please Note: An adult who is NOT participating in the Owascoman Sprint Triathlon MUST accompany each participant. NO exceptions please.

RACE PACKET PICK-UP:Race Packets will be distributed prior to the start of the race.
