Race Description: Limited to 750 registrants, including 150 "I'm All That" registrants,
the Skinnyman Triathlon promises to draw some of the area’s finest athletes as well as provide an opportunity
for the beginning triathlete to “get their feet wet” and
experience
the excitement of this multi-sport event!
This year's Skinnyman Triathlon will have a wave start,
grouped by age group.
Wave assignment will be determined by final race numbers and
distribution of age group athletes.
Race Packet Pick-up: All Skinnyman participants are strongly encouraged to pick up their Race Packet from 3 – 7pm on Friday, September
3rd, 2010 at the Skaneateles Community Center. Race Packet Pick-up will also be available 5:30am – 7:00am on Race Day at
the
Clift Park Registration Tent. Race participants are responsible for picking up their own Race Packets—No exceptions please. Watch for information regarding off-site packet pick-up.
Awards: Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers
and the first place male, female and coed teams.
Age Group Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each category.
You must be present to receive your awards.
Awards cannot be sent to you – sorry.
Goodie Bags will be given to all participants and include T-shirt, latex swim caps
and other items from our sponsors.
Parking: Parking will be prohibited on the South (Lakeside)
side of
Genesee Street and on West Lake Street. Parking will be available
on a first come first serve basis at all other village designated parking
spots
(metered and open lots). The north end of the Village lot (between
Jordan and State Street) will offer free all day parking.
The south end
of the village lot (near Genesee St.) has a two hour limit on
parking duration.
A USAT Sanctioned Event/CNY Race Series.
Annual USAT membership or one-day license required.
